This October, there’s a new reason to celebrate North Kansas City — actually, there are a whole month’s worth of reasons!  Northtown Days is a new month-long celebration of all things NKC, bringing together the events, traditions, businesses, organizations, and people that make NKC special.

Among the new traditions joining the celebration this year is Northtown Oktoberfest, hosted by the NKC Rotary Club in partnership with the City.  On Saturday, October 10, Armour Road will become the heart of the celebration with a free, family-friendly street festival featuring live music and entertainment, Oktoberfest food, local and regional craft beer, games, and contests.

We’ve put together a full Northtown Days calendar, so you can find events happening throughout the month. Pick one event. Pick ten. Try something you’ve never done before. Visit a Northtown business you’ve been meaning to check out. Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and celebrate NKC.
