Over the last several years, the City of North Kansas City, Missouri has undertaken the gradual assembly of over 58 acres on the southeast quadrant of the I-29/35 and Armour Rd./M-210 interchange.
The One North Redevelopment Area is a high-density, mixed-use redevelopment, inclusive of office, retail, restaurant, hospitality and residential developments. The overall redevelopment site is approximately 64 acres.
