The Community Development Department is excited to launch its online permitting portal, Civic Access. There is a "soft-launch" period for the permitting portal to allow staff to fine-tune the program and troubleshoot any challenges. 

Permit types included in this soft-launch consist of the following projects taking place at residential properties (single-family or duplexes):

• Accessory Structure

• Deck

• Driveway

• Fence

• Repairs

• Retaining Walls

• Roofing
  
  

The Certificate of Occupancy (permanent and temporary) application may also be completed via the Civic Access portal at this time.
