North Kansas City residents now have another way to stay connected.

AppThe City has launched a new app that is designed to give residents quick and easy access to news and information while on the go. The app focuses on news and events and has multiple ways to contact with the City. The Service Request function lets users report potholes, tree issues, parking issues and other non-emergency issues directly to staff. If a resident has a question or concern and is not sure which department to contact, the Report a Concern / Ask a Question section will send it to the right place. The app also has a payment portal for utility and court payments. Another feature is the search function which gives users quick access to all of the content of the website without having to navigate menus.

The app is free and available for Android and IOS devices in the app store. Just search for North Kansas City.
