Bike Master Plan

The City of North Kansas City is undertaking the development of a Bike Master Plan to inform and guide future investments in creating a connected network of comfortable cycling routes and facilities. Funded by a Planning Sustainable Places grant administered through MARC, a consulting team will analyze opportunities and gather input from a broad range of groups representing the residents, businesses, and organizations that make up the North Kansas City community.

The planning effort will look at biking benefits through the lens of North Kansas City, and position the Bicycle Master Plan to define and quantify the opportunity that better bicycle infrastructure holds, based on North Kansas City’s demographics, economic opportunities, unique location, and broader community aspirations.
