Macken Park

Located at the corners of Clark Ferguson Drive and Howell Street and just 5 minutes north of downtown KC, this beautifully maintained 60 acre park is home to a variety of park activities such as walking, jogging, picnicking and several other forms of recreation. It features a tree lined 1 mile paved walking / jogging circuit with fitness stops along the way. It also has numerous ball fields, recreation areas and playgrounds.

Park shelters available to rent with a reservation fee
  • 2 Shelters will accommodate up to 100 people
  • 2 Shelters will accommodate up to 60 people
  • 1 Shelter will accommodate up to 80 people
  • Festival Shelter – accommodate 100 – 200 people
